Feminine touch under sweater or jacket

I've had my eye on this blouse for a while, as I like the ruffle detail. The front is a polyester and the side panels and back are a knit/cotton. Light weight and a perfect addition to a jacket or sweater to add a feminine touch. It is a bit pricey though, although I like Nic & Zoe clothes and quality, so bit the bullet.

The top that goes with everything

This top by Nic and Zoe fits perfectly. It is flattering. I love that it is washable. Wore it at the wedding. Got some balsamic vinegar on it and removed it with a bit of water. I wore it to a black and white wedding with black pants and felt well dressed. And it is versatile. Can be used dress up or casual
