Horrible product. Please do not buy this product. It stopped working and I reached out to the support desk. They told me it is not under warranty without even looking at the product or offering trouble shooting to fix. All they offered was a 30% discount on the next purchase. Extremely bad product and support service. Stay away from any Shark or Ninja products.

Dangerous
I almost cut my finger . Horrible design how supposed to washed it no waterproof… I love ninja all my appliances are ninja very disappointed Ninja I mean is very dangerous

Nice little blender
I bought this a while ago, so glad I did. Perfect size to take along with you and works great. Love all of my Ninja products. This will come in handy at work and when on the road.

Worst purchase ever
The battery does not last through one single use. I have to begin blending, stop to let it charge, and then finish. The blades are so small they did not even properly blend a simple smoothie. Seriously, do not waste your money on this terrible product. I think I’m going to be just throwing it away. What a waste.

Lids don’t fit on cups anymore
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Anyone else noticed that the lids will not screw on very easily after about a year of using this product the battery case won’t stay charged either but the worst is that I cannot get these lids back onto the cups to make shakes

Won't last more than 6 month if used daily.
I bought two of these the last 6 to 8 months and they are broken already. Please beware that if you are serious about your shakes and make multiple each day, this blender will not last more than about 6 months. It is only meant to be used casually once every other day or so.
