Loved but had to return - too big

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even the smallest size was still too large for my feet. The shoe runs large and the smallest size available is a size 8, with the recommendation to order a whole size smaller than your actual shoe size. Style is beautiful though.

Not as comfy as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The back is not as snug and slips so need to add liner separately to keep it from falling. Still pretty hard and might take some time to break into. But design and color looks good.

Great shoes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these shoes. Definitely order 1 size down. I was apprehensive at first. I wear an 11.5, so I ordered the 10.5 (USA size) as recommended, and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable and the exact style I was looking for.

SIZING ISSUE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these sandals. But, when I ordered them the website said that the shoes run "1 size" large. I only ordered a half size under my normal size and the sandals are too small. I have worn them for 3 weeks and there is no stretching or any indication that the sandals are going to fit better. Now back to the good. They are comfortable. And they look great. Most importantly, is the company is trying to do the right thing by paying attention to their workers' needs and qaulity of life.

Great quality, but a little big

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite following the site's direction to order down a size, my shoes are still a little too large. I have a wild idea: We created specific shoe sizes generations ago, so maybe try making shoes that correspond to those sizes so people know exactly what they'll be getting. At the price point you are asking of customers, it's frustrating to have to guess and hope our way to the correct size.
