I bought this stroller last month (online order), and I didn’t like how heavy and bulky it is, so we decided to return it. The return is a real pain in the neck! We requested return label on July 3rd and dropped the item at UPS on July 5th. The tracking information on my account states that Bloomingdales received the item on July 14th, and their return information states that once they receive the item the refund will be issued 3-5 business days. We are at exactly 10 business days as of today and no refund! We tried to cal customer service and happened to talk to representative named Aldo, which took us nowhere. Aldo kept asking us questions and putting us on hold over and over again, wasted an hour of our time. He refused to connect us to manager and continued asking pointless questions forcing us to simply hang up on him. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and we don’t even know if we ever going to get our money back. Worst experience!
Most authentically pleasing and durable stroller
Perfect color and perfect stroller!!! I cannot wait to stroll my little one around in this stroller.

Easy to assemble
I have rated this stroller 3 stars because it has not been in use yet. It was easy to put together. I purchased this stroller for my daughter and son in law. My grandchild is due in May 2025.

Nice looking, limited accessories
No available accessories like a buggy board. My older daughter is ill and is unable to walk for long periods at a time. Wish Nuna would make accessories for this stroller it’s a nice light weight stroller and very good looking
