Major design defect
I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with the functionality of this double stroller. I live in a well paved neighborhood with great sidewalks, and I still find the stroller struggling to operate smoothly. When we encounter even the smallest bump in the sidewalk it lunges forward aggressively, even at a slow walking pace. We have a small gravel path on our walking route and it has no chance of getting down it (we needed two adults to lift it and get it down the 10 feet). Honestly, I’d like to just get rid of it at this point. Super disappointed as this is a new product and marketed as a luxury item.
low quality product & poor customer service
was sold a defective stroller with a push handle bar that was scratched up looking and unfinished. contacted Nuna & was forced to have a 2 week back and forth exchange before they decided they would replace it but only if I printed a label, filled out some forms, and drove it myself to fed ex (30 mins away from my house) to be returned. I can’t even lift the box myself so I am unsure how I’m expected to carry the box and both of my kids in to return this. will be returning and buying the silver cross double.
Kids loved it
Took it to Disneyland to really break it in and the kids loved it. I think they liked being next to eachother and the smooth ride.
