Loved it but broke
I absolutely loved this product for making purées as well as steaming vegetables once my son was off of purées. But the handle broke off while twisting the bucket into the lock position after not even a year of use and they won’t replace just the food bucket or sell it individually. I feel like I should be able to use this for longer than a year and it’s not even like I used it every day or every week.

Fair
The design is cute, but it’s a basic product. It does what is supposed to: steam and blend food. But first time in the dishwasher and the white plastic parts became dark stained. I would rather buy an off brand for half price that would work the same. I expected more durability for this price and brand.

Motor smokes and spews flames
Bought this a week ago for 6 month old. Followed instructions with plenty of liquid and cooled mixture to blend. First use blended less than 5 seconds and smelled smoke. Second use next day followed instructions and blended again less than 5 seconds and both smoke and fire. Terrible and dangerous product. I’m very surprised as I have owned an original nutribullet for years with no problems.

Great for now…but what about later
Works great but there are no replacement options. If I need to replace blade, or the blade unit, there is t a place to purchase those directly. That is the biggest concern because that silicone covering will eventually leak after being used and cleaned so many times.

MOLD!!! Do not use this
I am absolutely appalled at this device, although it works great and it makes life much easier. I’ve cleaned this thoroughly and let it air out for more than 24 hours each time . Vigorously cleaning it after only using this unit for a month, I noticed there was limestone scale buildup in the water reserve tank as well as mold underneath the blender area. I’m disgusted by this situation.
