Gasket fell out after only 3 uses! The bullet worked well 3 times. I rinsed clean each time. Then the gasket, the rubber band like item, fell out on its own. Went on line to learn it gasket cannot just fit back into place, the whole blade unit or blender needs to be replaced. Annoyed!

Love this product!
Purchased as a gift for my daughter. She loves it and has become creative with smoothie making as a result. Says it’s easy to use and smoothies are not lumpy, it has been able to breakdown anything she has included.

Impossible
Blender self-tightens when it runs and is impossible to remove the blade section. Every single time, i have to wrap a strap around the lid just to get it off. I'm just throwing it in the trash.

Im obsessed best money i have ever spent. Wished i bought it earlier is very quick to make a quick healthy green smoothies in the morning and my tummy is already flatter by an healthier diet!!
