Pretty good

Great for getting the pizzas out of the oven. I’ve found that it’s hard to flour and not the best for preparing and getting pizzas into the oven. The dough can sometimes stick and we’ve had much better luck with a regular cutting board on sliding the pizza into the oven. Not as easy as it looks

good, not great.

The perforations do not seem to make the dough slide off more easily. However, using flour (semolina or wheat flour) to help is a problem because the perforations allow flour to fall though, making a mess wherever you are using the peel.

Peel okay, but not necessary to purchase Ooni

This pizza peel is okay and performs as expected, however the oven itself is a bust so it hardly seems necessary to buy the Ooni Pizza Peel which is more expensive than other peels out there.

Recommended

I've debated upgrading to a perforated peel for a while, and finally took the plunge! It's so much better for launching, really pleased with it. Like all Ooni products, it's really well made and great quality.
