4th bottle for this 39 year old...amazing!

Moisturizing but horrible smell
Tried this for the first time last night before going to bed. Loved the creamy texture as I massaged it on my face, but then noticed the smell -- horrible. But I pushed through the night because I really want the cream to work. Smelled my hands this morning upon waking and the rancid smell persisted (on my hands from massaging it into my face). Checked the jar to smell it and confirmed it was in fact malodorous. I took the time to read the ingredients list in attempt to figure out which natural ingredient could possibly smell like this, but can't figure it out. It reminds me of rancid shea butter-based hand moisturizers that have gone bad after a year.Product description on website says scent can vary... that it could be described as "earthy" or "medicinal" but I strongly disagree. Either this is a bad batch (especially given 2 others have left a similar review), or we have extremely differing descriptions of earthy/medicinal. Struggling whether to place menthol up my nose to counter the horrible smell or return the product. Just very disappointed because I really wanted to give this product a try given all the great reviews of its moisturizing ability.

Smelly
I am a 63 yo new OSEA Malibu user. I have to write to add my name to the number of reviewers who say this cream is so smelly as to hardly be usable. I love the feel and all other aspects. But I don’t wear it in the daytime unless I have nothing to do, as I don’t want people to think I stink. The anti-aging body balm is a dream and smells ocean lovely. Sure wish they could bring that scent to this smelly cream.

Smells TERRIBLE!!!!
This stuff smells like baby spit up and STAYS smelling like that even after you apply foundation and powder over it!! It is so strong and bad that it’s almost as if you put layers on the inside of your nose with it!!! I really need to send it back because I ABSOLUTELY can not use it. The other products are okay.. fine fragrance . Just STAY AWAY from this stuff!!

Worst smell ever
the feeling is so silky smooth and I even pushed myself to wear it all night. Once I washed it off, my face was soft. However, this product smells rancid. If I could compare it to anything it would be to a moldy musty kitchen sponge. I put it on the one time and couldn’t do it again. My partner also commented and asked me to wash it off. I do not recommend for anyone that has a sense of smell. I wish I was exaggerating. Maybe I truly got a rancid batch, but then I would question all of Osea’s quality control and I love their body products.

Can’t live without it!
I love my facial and neck skin. It is so soft, and moisturizing while cleansing without being oily. It is the perfect balance. I have combination skin, and this and the night cream (collagen dream night cream) are the best duo ever.

The Best Moisturizer I’ve Ever Used
After finding Osea through FullyRaw Kristina and reading the review with the same title of a person switching from la mer creams, like me - I had to try it! And I love it! THANK YOU!! My skin feels moisturized all day. There's a sense of it being protected same as in lamer over time but with osea it's right away - as though there's a soft layer between you and the world and the skin feels hugged with moisture all day! There's a nice glow and I imagine makeup could go well over it, if I wore any. I just had to write a review... many spoke about the smell but, though surprising at first, it reminds me of clean wet clay or hand made paper - it's earthy and subdued, feels natural and almost comforting. Also I had to get it through Detox market as I'm in Canada as duties and FX work out better. Considering getting a night cream) Thanks Osea and Kristina!
