Sage Griddle Pan

I was excited to try out this new griddle pan, but when I opened the box, it looked like it had already been on a few cooking adventures without me! A few scratches and some peeling right out of the box—not exactly the “brand new” look I was going for. Haven’t used it, just sending it back to let it finish its journey elsewhere. Maybe next time we’ll start fresh!

These pans are my superpower!

My favorite kitchen pan!

I cannot tell you how much I love this pan! I have the large one, and have purchased them many times for gifts. I make bacon, eggs, pancakes, stir fry and more. I use a little bit of oil or butter and food doesn’t stick, then I use a paper towel to wipe away grease after I drain it, inside and out. This will prevent discoloration. The little Our Place oven handle-grips work great on the handles, they get very hot! Definitely let cool before washing and be gentle with it as being rough and clanging it on sink can chip coating. If you get super stuck on food, use baking soda and vinegar paste and let set then scrub with soft scrubby. If someone really does a number on it, heat that same paste with a bit more vinegar and bring to a boil while scrubbing with a coated whisk/spatula and it will be good as new. Also, for easy storing, access and good care, I rest the griddle on top of a medium or large bowl. This way it’s out of the way, easy to reach, can use the space around it and it doesn’t get scratched. Get this griddle in your kitchen, you will be happy you did!

I love my griddle pan. I also purchased one for my sister and mother and they love them too. It’s an everyday pan for all meals. It stays on my stove top and only leaves to get cleaned. Worth every penny.

I had breakfast for supper

I had breakfast for supper Monday night. I fried bacon and French toast at the same time. It took a short time to cook them all at the same time. A great supper in a matter of a short time. All I had to do is add butter , maple syr. up and blueberry syrup. Delicious.

Everything sticks to my pans

I’m not very happy with my purchase. Everything sticks and stains my griddles. I bought two the small and larger size one. And the same thing happens with both. Unfortunate. I really wanted to like these.
