So far I think it’s

Surprisingly effective. While Skinny Bird

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly effective. While Skinny Bird does not by any means stop me from eating it does stop me from over eating. I find myself less likely to have seconds, or that last slice of pizza. I don't crave snacks as much after eating. Overall it is a fantastic product that provides that extra little push to be able to cut back on eating in small and healthy ways.

Have actually gained some weight

Have actually gained some weight since starting this, and none of my other habits have changed: still eating well and exercising like I did before starting this supplement. But I haven't been taking a month yet, so I'll give it more time
