Good suitcase
I have the travel pro platinum elite carry on so when it came time to replace my checked luggage, I looked first at the travel pro platinum elite medium. The medium is the perfect size for me. When fully packed for a week long trip, it was 48 pounds. The larger size surely would have been over 50. So far, my only complaint is that the inner pocket on the “lid” of the suitcase unzips the opposite way I normally use it. That pocket is designed as a hanging type bag, and I will never use it that way. This will definitely become annoying over time, but it’s manageable so far. The zipper unzips on the sides and bottom of the “lid”, with the non-zip side being the “top” of the lid when you lean the lid open against a wall. I prefer it to go the other way so that when I lean it agains a wall, the top is open like an envelope. 🤷🏻♀️ One of the zipper pulls lost its black plastic facing on the first trip. I think the zipper pull itself is a bit bent. I had the zippers locked in, so I’m guessing maybe it got stuck on equipment or something. All in all, a good investment and I’m happy with it.

Great but durable?
I love using the bag. Rolls great, has more space inside than the external dimensions would suggest. But sadly the very first trip the bag was damaged enough by airline baggage handlers that the handle no longer extends. Now I get to try out the warranty process…

Beautiful Bag
I really love the bag. I only have one issue. When I am walking with the bag on all 4 wheels, it won't stay on a straight line. The wheels wiggle to the left and right. If I let go of the bag when I am walking it will curve off to the left or right instantly. I have an older Travelpro and when I let go of it it goes perfectly straight. Are there problems with the wheels?

Love my Travel Pro Elite
After using numerous brands of pricey suitcases, I have finally made the correct investment and love my two suitcases. I use one for carry-on on shorter business trips and the other one for longer stays. They are practical and have everything that I need in a suitcase.

Sturdy and Helpful

Great carry on
