I haven’t received the product. Disappointed

I haven’t received the product. I knew it was going to come at the end of December and even I was disappointed I thought I can give it to my husband in January 6 for his birthday. But after that you just sent me an e mail saying that you canceled the rode and you didn’t say anything, no reason why. I was so looking forward to get this red boxer by Tom Ford. I am disappointed.
