Too long, and more skinny than slim

The white slimmy luxe performance jeans fit true on the waist, however the 32" inseam is more like a 34". So if i kept them, I'd have to get them hemmed. Fit is almost like a skinny jean as opposed to a slim fit that I'm used to with other designer jeans. The thigh fit is more narrow than expected and the pant tapers and the leg opening is actually only 12", less than what is listed on the online description.
