Super light!

Good case, but needs improvements

Light weight and good looking. However not a single pocket inside on a larger model and it is not expandable at all. Would love these options. Other than that seems sturdy and durable luggage piece.

Great carry-on

The warranty means nothing

My carry on luggage has a defective zipper which opens up and I learned this right before my trip. I tried to use the warranty to get it repaired or replace but they have made it impossible hard by asking for model number or SKU which isn't easily accessible. Also, they require a shipping fee. I am throwing the luggage away, it's not worth the time or expense to use the warranty. DON'T BUY SAMSONITE products as they don't stand by their products and the warranty they offer means nothing if it's made so difficult and expensive to be used. I have no choice but to trash a never used luggage!
