Half full bottle

The oil itself is fine and has a nice earthy scent (although the pepper notes are strong). The packaging was nice and what I received did not seem to be someone else's return in any obvious way. But, the bottle was only a little over 1/2 full. When I opened it up to put the dropper in I could not believe it. I used the dropper to confirm as the bottle itself is opaque. Definitely not the advertised volume. Really disappointing and a shady practice too.
