Received Previously Worn

I actually really love the shoes, and the gold color is a perfect match to the dress I bought them match. The reason for the low rating is that I did not actually look at the bottom of the shoe until it was time to pack for my trip, and that is when I noticed the shoes appear to have been worn before being sold to me. There are chips on the bottom of one shoe beneath the toe, and the bottom of both shoes have wear. I am shocked and disappointed, but it is too late to attempt to exchange them due to the delay in me noticing the issue and the fact that I actually need them for the wedding I have flown out of town to attend. I am just chocking it up as a loss.
