Disappointed

I don’t understand, these shoes that I had such high hopes for were completely different than shown. On the pic, they have beautiful silver stones and came in multi-colored stones?? I returned them to the store, gave feedback and the woman (manager?) had zero reply. My dream pair would be a size 39 shown like the image on the website. So disappointed!
