Tie shoe laces?

I can't figure out how to tie the shoelaces. The shoelaces are of strech material. They are so short that I can't do a bow tie. They are very pretty.

The shoes is beautiful. The leather has a luxury look. Extremely comfy as usual for Paul Green. I feel I get the quality of very expensive brand for half price or less with Paul Green shoes. Rula a little large.
