Poor Customer and Non Receipt of Order After Over
I asked for a change in address, 2 days after ordering and was told by email, after 2 boiler plate responses that the pkg would be retrieved through their shipper contract, and my account / credit card be reimbursed in 2 weeks, I am now beyond 2 weeks nor received my product. Poor customer service ..
