Dry - no serum at all
It’s ridiculous that we pay so much for beauty products and they keep reducing quality. PTR used to have the best eye patches. They’ve reduced the serum so much that’s non-existent. Don’t waste your money.

This product came free when I bought the cloud moisturizer. I had no expectations, but the first time I tried them I was happily surprised. It made the skin under my eyes look well nourished young and taught. Peter Thomas Roth is my go to for great skin care. I’ve enjoyed so many cool samples and they keep making new things. I’ll never go astray.

Hydra Gel patches are AMAZING
This is amazing! I have allergies, bags, wrinkles, and brown under my eyes! I’ve tried popular leadings brands that did nothing!! I used the hydra gel patches and they made a huge difference!! I love this product. 💯 worth the money!

Burned my skin
I bought this after doing a lot of research on possible products to help with under eye skin. I used them as directed twice and was left with red, puffy, sagging burn marks under both eyes! So disappointed ☹️
