Poor quality item and vendor is unprofessional

Beware of purchasing this product. The quality is poor and arrived in a plastic bag with bent the bow and damaged the item. I noted the issue and promptly returned it and the third party vendor and they denied my refund stating I returned with one of the two tags cut. This product and their shipping technique is low quality and vendor has very poor customer service.
