Beautiful blush color

I ordered my usual size 4 but the arms/shoulders were way too tight. Couldn’t move arms well at all. I am so disappointed it doesn’t work. Could never fit over a sweater or blazer. I am 5’3” 120 lbs. 34B. I am happy no a size 6 would be too long in the sleeves and length.
