Pretty, but runs very, very small

I purchased this item for the holidays, as I loved the sheer look of it. Unfortunately, when I went to try it on, I couldn’t even get it over my head and I had sized up from my regular M to a Large. There was zero stretch to the fabric. It was a total disappointment and sadly, had to be returned.
