Extremely disappointing

Ralph Lauren is usually my go-to for trusted quality, but this jacket was extremely disappointing. It’s made of a thin, see-through knit layer over a windbreaker, and after just one wear, white feathers and strings were coming out everywhere. I had to return it, which is so unfortunate because the style would’ve been perfect for winter.
