Defective twice

Defective. Bought one in-store, brought it home and found a Toney, gooey clear sticker on shoulder. I tried to remove it, but only got half of it off, which left a gooey residue. Ordered a 2nd one. This one has an accidental pleated shoulder on the right, no pleat on the left. Looks like fabric doubled over during sewing and no quality control to find the defect!! Now I have to return yet another shirt!
