Got a Tall size not the Regular size

I made sure to read the fine print and purchase this as a regular size not tall, I received a tall size which looks like a dress & cannot return due to final sale.

Arrived USED, horrible condition. Dull colors

Shirt arrived with no pins, wrinkled and clearly had been worn. Large thread was hanging off one part. The colors were also much more dull in person. Very disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift.
