Runs small

I went 1 size up and honestly that wasn’t even enough. Too slim fitting. It works unbuttoned.

Smells Like cigarettes

I think they sent me an old returned sweater. It smells like cigarettes and doused in perfume to cover the odor.

Too Small

I have bought many of these and my mediums from previous years are the same size as the now large. I have lost 40 pounds down to 135 and the larges look like I am wearing a small! Do not buy without trying on!

Nice Cardigan

I ordered the Polo Ralph Lauren Women's Cable-Knit Cotton Crewneck Cardigan Sweater in the dark green. It's a very pretty color. I ordered a Size Large, due to the description that it was slim fit and reviews. For reference I'm 5'2.5" tall, 36C, 122 lb. It fits, except the sleeves are overlong. It was thinner than I'd expected, given the price. I was underwhelmed. It is very overpriced for what you get, even at 25% off. It is going back.

Ralph Lauren cardigan

This is a great staple sweater. I wear it year round in Florida. I wear an xs and it’s true to size. I can wear a thin shirt underneath, but anything bulkier I would recommend to size up. If you plan to button it. Great quality.

True RL Quality

I bought 2 colors earlier in the year and went up one size so I could layer. The soft cotton and weave and grosgrain fabric at the buttons and button holes make it a quality purchase you will value for many years. I just purchased the other 2 colors and the price now is a $30. increase, Unfortunately all the natural fabrics are climbing in price, but with RL I feel you are still getting wonderful quality we have come to expect. I think you will love this sweater every time you wear it.

Lovely

These are investment pieces, fabric and workmanship is quality. The blue, is not as shown, it looks to have a touch of lavender in it. But in person it has a bit of green, making it more of a denim and a bit of a slightly faded soft color. I was expecting a vibrant saturated blue with some lavender in it.
