Worst Customer Service

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. UPS marked the package as delivered but provided no proof of signature or photo. Bloomingdales has refused to credit me for the lost package, despite my having been a loyal customer for decades. I now owe $500 for a bag I never received.

Cute and classy shoulder bag

Amazing bag! So chic and versatile and feels like great quality. The strap is a little shorter than I expected so it hangs at an uncomfortable spot. The cord that flaps over is unstable and should definitely have a magnet to secure it to instead of having it just hang there.

Poor quality check

This a cute bag however lacked the quality craftsmanship I have come to expect from the brand. The strap was sewed in the wrong way with the seam side showing up. This is unfortunate. Also the leather looked like it could easily scratch since it was smooth leather. Sent it back.
