Not a good experience

These products look cute but they run big. They are only made in whole sizes and my normal size 37 was too big. I had to return it by shipping it to Prada. Attack a whole week for it to be delivered to me in CA and another week to deliver back to PA. I'm still waiting for my refund and my loyalist rewards. I wish Bloomingdale's would carry in store for an easier purchase and return.
