I desperately wanted them to work out, which led me to keep trying past the return window, a decision I now regret. Beautiful boot, runs small, I would go up a US half size. The boots that arrived did not have the pull tab on the front, just on the back. (It looks fine without the tab on the front, but it is different from the picture.)
