Color not as described in images

Purchased as a gift for my boyfriend in the Taupe color. Received the shirt but it didn’t have the white trim details as shown in the photos (on the sleeves, collar, buttons, bottom trim). Customer Service was helpful and sent me a second one however, it also didn’t match the photos. Returned both as the shirt was too plain without that extra colorblocking detail.
