Size Chart is OFF

These shoes are cute and a nice color, I just couldn’t fit them. The European sizing does not coincide with the US. I bought a 39.5 but that’s not the appropriate size for a 9.5 US. I typically wear a 40.5 or 41 but those are sold out so I’ll need to return these. The shoes look worn also, which is not what I would expect from Bloomingdale’s. Tisk, tisk..
