Jacket not soft!

It is not soft. I thought it would soften in the wash but it didn't. Actually I would like to return it but I took the tags off.

nice jacket!

I bought two sizes (M and L), as these were on sale and I did not want to lose the chance of getting a jacket for my pants. I kept the size L because I could button it and the sleeves were longer. I couldn't comfortably button the size Medium.

Very disappointed

I am so disappointed. I wish I could write a review, but I can't because I couldn't try it on. The button holes are sewn completely shut and I couldn't unbutton it. The quality of the workmanship is awful in my opinion. I would expect more from a Lauren product. I returned it!
