Pretty But Weak

Previously I have been happy with Ralph Lauren towels and their quality. No longer. I purchased two sets of the Ralph Lauren Dawson towels in early 2024. At just a year old and even sooner, the towels started to pull apart, especially the washcloths. Not the quality I expected. Bloomingdales will not exchange or refund after 30 days. Pretty, but not durable at all. I do not recommend them.

The pits

Very disappointed in product. Towels are not plush, they are of marginal absorbency and the color washes out. Something bad is going on

I really don't understand the negative reviews. This is a high quality towel that holds up well after multiple washes. It's sturdy and it absorbs water well; however, if you're looking for something fluffy and delicate this is probably not the towel for you.

Beautiful color, terrible towel

We got the heritage navy, which is a really beautiful color, but the towel is quite thin and not very soft. Worst of all, it sheds onto your skin when you use it, so you have to use a different towel to get the shedding off. It’s fairly pricey for the quality. I would not recommend

Bath mat is just another towel.

Towels are fine but bath mat should have no skid backing and be thicker than a washcloth.
