Horrible Customer Service

I ordered this dress as a gift for a friends new baby girl! I paid extra for gift box and gift wrap the item arrived with no receipt (so they can return with out telling me) No gift box or Wrapping paper no tissue paper it was shoved in a bag not folded with no information at all as to who is it from etc..... Amazon packages their items better. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN BLOOMINGDALES! I WILL NEVER EVER BUT A GIFT FROM THEM AGAIN
