I'm adjusting to it.....it is classic RL style.
Having never used a "comforter" before, I'm still adjusting to a one-piece blanket and spread combo. It is well made and very warm; it does best at lower room temps (60sF). Its two-sided construction provides soil-hiding on a bed that gets day-time sitting and parcel resting (but no more dog traffic). This dark blue/floral-patterened piece is a perfect color complement to my antique Bidjar rug. The one thing that bothers me is that it does not appear "tailored" once the bed is "well-made." It's puffy and always has a wrinkle or ripple on its smooth polished surface.

Beautiful for winter
I love love love my Payge comforter. It is luxurious, well crafted, super soft, and its deep jewel tones provide a stunning look paired together with my Ralph Lauren poster bed. The weight of this comforter to sleep under is definitely a winter weight. I have had mine for about two months now, and I feel like I’ll need a different set for the spring and summer because this one is just too warm for my comfort. Lucky for all of us, Ralph Lauren has a great selection of Spring and Summer designs for me to get an additional set.

I love this throw. I know I wasn’t supposed to, but I washed in cold water with fabric softener and then tumbled dried and it’s now so soft. Really great size. Light, but warm.
