Disappointed

In the picture this item is so beautiful. I was so excited to receive it and take to Mexico vacai. it's definitely NOT a cover-up. The material its thick and stiff. I ordered medium, that's my size 6/8 I'm 59 tall, it fit short and so tacky. So disappointing. 💯 does not look like what they charge for it..so overpriced...
