Totally disappointed

I just received my watch and in person, the watch is beautiful. The pictures and videos do not do it justice. Right after admiring it, I went to set the time and noticed that the crown was slightly pulled out. after setting the time and pushing the crown back in, it would not seat properly against the case. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the crown was slightly bent. I cannot believe that this watch had passed quality control inspection. Anyway, this is going back immediately. This is such a beautiful watch but what a shame. I’ll probably pick up the Oris skeleton.
