I never received the bag or email that the order was canceled. What I did receive is UPS tracking number that it was shipped but the tracking never updated. I still do not understand what happened since there was no email what happened. That being said I am sure it is a great bag, I just never received it. So now Bloomingdales is asking me to rate as if they are unaware thst I never received it.
Nice bag in a great color and perfect size
Although this is a nice bag in a great fall color, I had to return it because it was shipped from The distribution center in a bag versus a box. The front of the bag was crushed into a wrinkled shape from which it would would never recover.! I recommend purchasing handbags only in the store where you can ensure you get a bag that is not crushed.

Beautiful for Fall and Functional Too!
Beautiful bag! It’s the perfect fall color and texture (suede). It’s also big enough to hold the items you need without feeling bulky. I was worried the two compartments might not stay closed (I usually buy bags that fully close on top) but they do! Very well made.
