Elegant top but not quite right for this petite

This is a very unique top with sewn folds and made from a thick material that is perfect for cold days. I debated on keeping this because it is interesting and could be a great staple piece. Unfortunately, the folds opened somewhat awkwardly underneath the bust. I am petite, however, and this top may drape better on someone taller. I actually liked it so much I considered seeing if it could be taken up by the shoulders to correct the issue but decided it was too much work. For reference, I am 5'2" and 138 lbs and ordered the large. The sleeves were long and the top fit like the reference photo without being too tight. I gave it 4 stars although I did not keep it.
