Comfortable and elegant

LOVE this dress — not too thick or heavy but not flimsy. Hugs but doesn’t cling. Elegant neckline, flattering sleeve length, interesting detail with the vertical black stripe in the back. I saw this dress on three different women on TV (weather and news)!
