Disappointing Quality Control: Received Used Item

I received this item in noticeably used condition, which was disappointing. Instead of the original Reiss tag, it came with a Bloomingdale's receipt attached to it, suggesting that it had already been returned. While a missing tag alone wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker, the vest showed significant signs of wear. There was notable pilling on the collar and back, and visible wear marks, including fading on the front.

Reiss Men's Vest

My husband loves everything about this vest, except that the Navy blue color is very dark and looks more like black. Other than that, the material is great, it's thin and the fit is perfect.
