Light, nice and green

This is a great piece of luggage, it is light weight and versatile. I also like the dark green shade. I only wish it has an expansion option and the price was more reasonable. It is my go-to piece of luggage for all my trips.

Do NOT buy this online! Missing tag, terrible CS

No issues with this luggage as I have several of them now in various sizes and they always deliver. It's lightweight and has survived countless trips. HOWEVER the item I got is clearly a store display item given how many scratches it has and it doesn't have the free leather tag! The dust bag and information packet is there but no tag. CS says they can't do anything since the description of the item didn't say anything about a free luggage tag. They apparently can't prove that it should have a free luggage tag even though you can go to the Rimowa site and read that in their description ("Includes a complimentary leather luggage tag and a sticker."). And oh also because they don't know Rimowa luggages and they only used Samsonite and Samsonite NEVER gives out free luggage tags. :S They offered to send me another one and for me to ship back the luggage but who wants the hassle of sending back a luggage??? Not to mention, I need this specific size for a upcoming trip. All I got back is some of the shockingly worst attitude I've ever gotten from a customer service where I got told to just "let it go" because they will give me a $25 GC for all the trouble. It's hard to let it go when a free luggage tag costs $80 if you buy it separately. I definitely regret getting it here instead of getting it at Rimowa.

Beautiful, better last a long time

Love the green color! Shell is solid but semi-flexible making the zippers easier. Interior zips are great too.
