The item not only was not as described ( it was not the bow tie as picture/description showed) but also was missing both insoles.

Nice shoe

I really liked this shoe. It is comfortable and well made. Unfortunately, the top of the shoe didn’t come up as high on my foot as I would like. It is my fault for not paying better attention to the ballet flat description and photo.
