Not impressed

I paid a lot of money for an iron that only lasted 1 year! The repair man said that you put in an o-ring that was not compatible with water. In a steam iron ?? Then you don't sell the parts to fix it!! What a rip off!!

Do not purchase

Purchase this iron about a year ago because it was on sale. Opened the new box today and on its first use the iron wouldn't spray. Lesson learned, never purchase unless ready for use right away.

Great Iron

I love this iron. The multiple stem holes are great for getting wrinkles out of my garments. I purchased a Rowenta iron many years ago and was glad to find another Rowenta at a great price to replace it with. I suggest anyone using Rowenta irons be sure to empty the water out after each use to prevent leakage. Other than that this is a GREAT Iron.

Doesn't live up to its name

I purchased this iron based on previous reviews of irons from the same brand. This purchase was unfortunately a disappointment. Been using this iron for approx 7 months since purchase. I wanted to give it a fair chance to live up to its performance but still...no bueno. I find that with this iron it takes me twice as long to iron out the wrinkles, even at its highest setting, and I am STILL left with wrinkles. Unfortunately its too late to return this purchase so I now have to chuck this (money wasted) and purchase a new better performing iron.

Horrible

I purchased this iron and it leaks all over the place. This is the Worst product ever. Macy's needs to take it off the shelves.
