  • The Smart Board cover was a bit wrinkled, so I used this to get rid of those creases!

Happy with the quality of the iron and ease of ironing!

Like the ease of ironing all clothes and linens. It is light, and the fact that we don’t have to regulate temperature is just awesome.

Ok and needs improvement

The steam works great and does the job well, but the construction could use some improvement. The ironing board has a plastic base, and since it’s something you have to use daily, I don’t think it will last more than 5 months before breaking. It would also be nice if it came with a rotating hanger with shoulders to better fit men’s t-shirts. Overall, I’m still getting used to it, but the performance of the steam itself is solid.

I bought in October 2024 and it stopped working July 2025

I've only had the steamer for 8 months and it's already stopped working. The unit is heard running, the water tank gets hot but no steam comes out of it only water drips from the iron. Big waste of $250

I like the versatility of this product. I have been a Rowenta customer for many years. I find the board a little bit too small for ironing though.

Hot wheels needed!

I love everything about this product with one exception: the wheels are very small and inefficient at moving the steamer from place to place. It has been very difficult to move on carpet and hard surfaces. If that is corrected, it would be perfect!

Great wrinkle control

Easy to use and heats up fast. The board helps to flatten out the wrinkles. The water reservoir is small compared to the size of the unit.

Do not buy this

I received this for Christmas in 2024. It quit working by January of 2025! Very expensive waste of money!
