Great pattern and quality
I love this pattern. I’ve ordered dinner plates and bowls from Bloomingdale’s and all arrived great. I’ve had these plates for months and haven’t had any chipping or cracks and I don’t have to baby them at all. I’m buying salad plates now.

Fall in Love because their Chinese ambassador JC-T
I never thought about I'd spent hundreds of dollars to buy two cups until I heard this brand from their Chinese ambassador JC-T who I love dearly. I checked online and went to Bloomingdale to make the purchase right away to support my JC-T. Surprisedly, the quality is very good, better than I thought. When I hold the cup in my hand, I was amazed regardless I owned a lot of other fine China. It's Hand painted, beautiful color, nice to hold it with a good weight, with their a few hundred of Royal history, and my beloved Chinese ambassador JC-T. I cannot wait to buy more soon. Left my phone number to the Sales Jen. Looking forward to having more in my collection. BTW, Dishwasher and microwave safe with two years special protection. Love it！

1 star for Bloomingdales. 5 stars for the plates.
Bloomingdales stole my hard-earned money! I ordered 12 dinner plates. 6 arrived broken because there were not enough packing material inside the shipping box so the individual boxes of plates were jostling around in shipment. I reported the problem and sent Bloomingdales a photo of the 6 broken plates. Their response was "We regret to inform you that your request for a credit or order reshipment has not been approved" and no further explanation was given when I called. How can this make sense? I paid for 12 plates. 6 arrived broken due to inadequate packing material, which is no fault of my own. And I am not entitled to replacement or refund? I have called customer service twice. And twice, they said they will review the case, but have not responded by the time they promised. It's been over a month since the company received my money for the merchandise and this issue is not resolved. Bloomingdales is stealing money from its customer!

Beautiful and Lovely for more uses than just eggs
This stunning little egg cup is just gorgeous. Being Danish, I am perhaps a little biased. But it is lovely to be able to buy these Danish design items here in the US to adorn my home. I make my own earrings, and this little cup has also served as display holder for the earrings when I take photos of them.
