I purchased this bag before they had made changes to it. The original model was poorly made and fell apart quite quickly; however, Royce customer service was fantastic, and they sent me their latest model. I'm very happy with the improvements they have made; the bag is softer and seems to have more space. The zipper looks tacky but is strong. I bought this bag on sale and wouldn't pay the full price. Overall I'm impressed with their customer service, and because of that I would purchase from Royce again.

No as described/Not tan

Item was not as described. It is more of a medium to dark brown. It is not tan as described in the pictures. I am very disappointed.

Not as pictured

This bag is a pebbled leather with a very chunky silver zipper and big silver pulls. Kind of feminine. Also really smells like glue.

Found this to be closest to the classic toiletry bag. Would have loved to have found a model with a brass zipper, but I was pleased to get this stainless steel variety courteously monogrammed in silver by staff at the flagship store boutique!

sophisticated and gorgeous and super HQ

I can't say I've been pleasantly surprised with a single online order I've placed since 2020..... but this brand ROYCE truly sets itself apart... the packaging was very HQ but minimalistic and the toiletry bag itself is GORGEOUS: quality craftsmanship and luxurious, black leather with weighted silver hardware - makes an impressive gift!
