Bad

Buyer beware. My Safavieh rug started falling apart after a week. In a month it was worn out. In a year, bald spots. I have kept the rug rolled up in its wrapping for two months while my floors were being replaced. Because I was outside the so-called return window (even though the package wasn’t opened) Bloomingdales would not honor the warranty. I cannot recommend Savieh rugs nor buying it here. Bad product, bad customer service.
